At Octave Clothing Private Limited, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 15 days of delivery provided they are unworn and have original tags intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log into your account, navigate to the 'My Orders' section, and select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Quality Check Preparation

  Ensure the apparel is folded neatly in its original packaging with all brand tags and invoices included to pass our quality inspection.

• 3.
  Handover to Courier

  A reverse pickup will be scheduled within 48-72 hours; please hand over the sealed package to our authorized logistics partner.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once the product reaches our warehouse and passes quality verification, your refund will be credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
